Why we started this.

Moving to Hua Hin shouldn't be a series of expensive mistakes.

When we first arrived, we did what most people do: we prioritized the "resort" look. We found a beautiful condo right by the beach, but it was so small we barely had room to work. Our second place was bigger, but the "office" had no AC—making it a wasted room in the Thai heat.

Today, we live in a three-story home across from the beach. It has four times the space of our first condo, but the price is almost exactly the same. We didn't find this home by following vacation advice; we found it by learning how Hua Hin actually works.
